Shipping times and costs

Times

Shipping is generally made within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

The package containing the ordered goods will be entrusted to the SDA express courier, and delivered within:

1-3 working days, for Italy

3-5 working days, per Estero

Costs

Italy 7,90 euro

Europe: 16,00 euro

Europe (no UE): 25,00 euro

Extra UE: 25,00 euro

Useful information

The shipment is tracked, and it is therefore possible to request a tracking number or shipping status

Difficult areas

The difficult areas are areas that are particularly difficult to reach, for example mountainous areas, islands, historical centers and therefore for this reason direct shipments to this kind of locality could be delayed compared to the indicated times.

Absent recipient or incorrect address

If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage and attempted delivery in the letterbox.

Subsequently, the courier will attempt delivery two more times. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package will be sent back to the sender.

In case of incorrect address the parcel is returned to the sender.

We recommend always indicating your telephone number during the purchase so that the courier can call the recipient directly in case of difficulty during delivery.
